Changing the policy mindset on cycling

We’re delighted that Rachel Aldred, one of the speakers at our Cycling Summit, has won the Economic and Research Council Outstanding Impact in Public Policy Prize for 2016. “Historically, cycling policy has focused on encouraging people to cycle rather than changing a road environment that’s frequently scary and intimidating.”
